The only problem was communication. It was during the Thanksgiving holiday and I was VERY anxious if I was going to have to find another car. I do think they were communicating with the insurance, but I was stressed.

I brought a car to body shop 2 years ago and it was a nightmare. Hesitant to bring car in even though you are recommended by insurance company. Glad I did.
