There is still some humming and heavy knocking and vibrating coming from the rear wheel on the passenger's side where my car was hit. Bumper is still shifted on the right side when i open the passenger's side back door the bumper is still hanging out or not clipped in correctly and there is still a dash light (!) Probably has something to do with that rear wheel that was never even touched for repair. You guys only did body work on the bumper and not a good job either

Was not given any updates about my vehicle, was told that it would take about a month and they were done within a couple of weeks and I am not satisfied with the repair at all. I was told that my vehicle was finished days after they were done and was charged extra days for the replacement rental because the insurance company only authorized the rental until my vehicle was fixed and no one decided to let me know. Noone verified my identity so anyone could have came and took my car.

i would have no idea what state my car is in. y’all have had it going on 7 weeks. every time i call i’m told i’ll get it back tomorrow, but i never get it back tomorrow. today it was tomorrow. and tomorrow it will probably be tomorrow again. other than the first 2 weeks you’ve had it nobody has ever once called to give me an update.

I took the truck to the mechanical shop for major repairs and to the body shop for a minor scuff on the bumper. When they ordered parts for the engine I asked for the truck to be taken to the body shop so it could get painted while the parts where on order,. 4 weeks later I was told the truck was ready for pickup. Then I found out the truck wasn't painted. 2 weeks later found the truck painted, but the color didn't match. This whole mess took over 8 weeks, about 8,000.00 and the truck still isn't right.

Worst experience ever! Somehow all the electrical issues and sensor issues that were a major part of the damage was completely overlooked. And then I was told well we aren't a Honda dealership!! What?! That is more then obvious. If you couldn't do the comple repair, I should have been told that when I brought the car to you almost 2 months ago! Instead I had to wait the 2 months and it still not he repaired properly. I have and will continue to tell anyone I know to never go to your repair shop!!

Took almost 7 weeks went to pick up when stated was finished and had to have repainted and tail gate fixed. Chaz did a fantastic job of correcting. Your customer service person in body shop shouldn't be in customer service

The first person I dealt with is not suited for that job. He acted like we were wrong about the paint not right. Chaz was fabulous!! When I picked up the car the guy behind the desk said any other place would have told us to stick it. I work in customer service I would be fired. He also told us that my car was on Hold because of month end he had to get other cars out. Again Chaz saved me from putting a bad review on line

I brought my car in because my bumper needed fixed due to someone hitting me. My dad checked it over and said that the tail light isn’t installed right and the paint does not match the rest of the car. He also pointed out something that needs buffed out on the bumper that they added . He says I need to Bring it in so it can be fixed.
