Bauman ford or Oregon. Messed up my car repairs more than once, had my car for 3 months, service tells me to pick my car up, and 2 hours later collision calls to say my repairs were not finished and to take it back. I was lied to about getting it back a week later and had to wait 2 weeks and call in my self to determine it was finally finished. This is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had in any industry and I will never return or reference this company unless I receive compensation.

My car was rear ended, so everything was supposed to be fixed but one of the rear sensors wasn’t even though on the original estimate it was said to be fixed. Besides that detail, the staff was nice and the rest of the fox looked good.

Broken tail light upon pick up, car makes noise, dont have a left head light and was informed upon pick up after my car had sat in the same spot for over 1 week that I needed a wire harness and it would cost me 600 after paying 5400 and my car was turned in April 18th. I picked it up sept. 2 lol
