I was not contacted by Tommy in the Bayview bodyshop for approximately 3 days, when I had been repeatedly trying to contact the shop about the status of my car. Victor stepped in for Tommy and called me back on the third day, though. Victor gets an "A", Tommy gets a "F".

The repair was excellent and Juan is fabulous. He always kept me up to date on the progress, explained the stages of the repairs, and answered all my questions. And really happy he worked with the insurance company to make sure back panel was replaced and not just repaired. I am very pleased.
