I do not have any specific names, however EVERYONE I encountered from calling just to get information to walking through the doors was extremely courteous, helpful, gentle, and all around knowledgeable. They kept me informed on every step and made sure I was comfortable with everything even up to me leaving their lot . I was referred to three body shops by the insurance and when mentioned everyone I knew just from the mention of Impact obliged me to get the work done there. I am extremely happy and the work was beyond d what I expected. My car looked newer than when I even purchased it off the lot a few months back. This is what a new black car should look like.
