The experience was on e of the worst I ever had. I would not recommend Almasy. I do beleive bringing in Matt was a drastic improvement.

Communication was terrible. You had my car for 4 months and when I would get a. Hold of someone, no one could give me a straight answer. When you hired Matt, communication improved.

My car wad suppose to be done 10 days after dropping off it ended up not being fully done even after picking it up 30 days after. They ordered wrong parts so when they ordered the new ones it stalled my time longer. I do not reccomend almasy to anyone.
