Repair was good but the time it took for the repair was way past the time frame given and when called about the repair someone kept pushing it one week at time.

Was told numerous times it would be a week longer and only until a manager was involved did we get the process to move faster. No updates were ever given to us during the process as to why it was taking longer than the time frame.

I guess it doesn't matter at this point. Assuming if you didn't know what my car looked like before the accident you really and truly wouldn't know what to look for after the accident. A few scratches just painted over and not actually fixed. I noticed and it stands out to me.

They had my truck for a month repair looked good a clip was missing that I put in myself my cab smells like bondo and I talked to two different people about repairing my radio while it was there and when I went to pick it up I was told that they forgot and it would now be almost a month before they could schedule to look at the radio

I was told two separate times that my truck would be ready the next Wednesday and it wasn’t then they called me and told me it was ready and I come to pick it up and was told it was at the body shop on the other side of town luckily I kept my ride there or I would’ve had to walk there

Depending on the severity of the repairs needed would determine if I refer. With this collision we wanted Nissan parts and we wanted to Nissan repairs. That was done to maintain some modem of value if he chooses to sell the car. For Minor I am not sure I would refer to the body shop.

REPAIR took over a month. Though we only had a $100 deductible my son had to pay for the rental because it was a hit-and-run. If we had had a higher deductible we would’ve been looking at $2000. Currently all totaled we are at 1400. The majority of that cost is the rental.

We were not called and told that it was going to be done by April 15. I called the second week of March and she was not sure. She however did get up and go find out which is appreciated. She also told us to check with State Farm to go through our claim number to get a lower cost. We did get a lower costBut due to the length of the repairs it cost us a considerable amount.
