So many white streeks and marks in the paint and dull spots on the hood. I’m very dissatisfied and hurt that this is what i got for repair work.

You had our van approximately 3 weeks to do some body work and windshield. We also asked to repair the drivers door. You said the part never got ordered and we would have to bring it back! That is our work van, we expected it to be done at that time!

Whole process was quick, professional, and relatively painless. Estimate was quick and fair. They were quick to get the parts and get me scheduled for repairs. They took care of contacting my rental car company for return of the car. The repair work looks perfect! Looks as good as the day I bought the truck new from Beau Townsend in 2012. My Thanks to all involved! I’ve always taken my truck back to Beau Townsend for mechanical service and now I’m glad I used the collision department to repair the truck after hitting a deer. Great work and no complaints. Highly recommended.
