Repair looks great. Wishing the car had been detailed when I got it back. The inside of the windshield was very filthy. Not sure what happened to it.

The snow and dirt on the car prevents me from getting a good view. I notice the back right passenger is not flush with the rest of the car and the door appears to be open somewhat.

They performed good work, however, they promised the car to be ready on a Friday. When I called and asked for an update, the gentleman I talked to was very matter of fact & told me that it was not going to be ready, without acknowledging, apologizing or caring that it was going to be late. I asked him to give me an estimate of when and he was vague We left the truck there while we were on vacation, so we didn't get a rental car. This was a huge inconvenience when the car was promised and not delivered on time.

As I mentioned before, the gentleman, don't know his name, needs some customer service training. If you can change how the customer feels about the delivery of bad news, It can be very impactful!!!
