The quality of work was amazing, now the timeline it was finished in was slower than expected. I found it odd that we needed to order parts for perfectly working parts on the vehicle and that was possibly the reason the delay. I’ve used caliber several times in the past, next time I will definitely ask about the timeline before choosing a body shop.

There were many tiny dents in the paint which apparently was due to dust in the shop when my car was painted. I left it at the shop for them to redo all the painting. Several days later I was told my car was ready to go, but when I got there to pick it up the doors wouldn't close correctly. I had to leave it for several more days, and I called my insurance company to handle the shop for me. It eventually got resolved.

Interaction with personnel was amazing, timeliness of repairs were exceptional, visual of my car's appearance excellent upon pick up, and driving of vehicle was very different in a good way. As I drive my car more, time will tell if my initial assessment remains an evaluation of TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE.
