Interaction with personnel was amazing, timeliness of repairs were exceptional, visual of my car's appearance excellent upon pick up, and driving of vehicle was very different in a good way. The service was wonderful. Everyone I met from drop off to pick up was very nice and professional. I was offered coffee/water while I waited for the technician to speak with me. At pick up, I was assisted by Daniel, who made sure I was completely satisfied when I left. He even did small touch ups to little “scuffs” around the exterior of the car. Although I was out of town for the entire process, I was given text updates regularly. All in all, the service was magnificent. Thanks you Progressive for recommending this company
