Back door won't open but we are getting together to get that fixed. In the flip side the car looks great and it was finished far sooner then scheduled.

Car looks great but the back door dont open when i picked it up. Waiting on a part so several trips needed to return to service area for assessment and fix when part comes in.

We were more than pleased. From the time you came out to look at our vehicle until we picked it up you were texting us twice a week to keep us updated. It was repaired faster than the date they thought. It looks as good as new. Cleaned inside and out. Everyone we dealt with were super. From the desk clerk and beyond.They we're good at explaining what they were going to do and spent time with us. Made us feel comfortable. More like a family. Would highly recommend this to anyone. The experts at Beck Collision had me back in my vehicle in a timely manner. They actually finished quicker than I had anticipated. They were professional in their dealing with me from the time I brought my car in until I picked it up. They kept me abreast of everything that was happening. I got an update from them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They made me feel as if they cared. My experience was great considering why I was there in the first place.

The repair work was beautiful! The only problem was I got pulled over by a police officer after picking my car up because my rear light was not working. Took my car to the dealership and found out that the cord was not plugged back into the unit to make my light work. Thank goodness the police officer only gave me a warning.
