Not completing a simple step in the process of final checks on the vehicle prior to returning it to the customer, puts the total repair work in question for completeness.

Windshield wiper reservoir was damaged and changed out, but no windshield cleaning fluid was put in the reservoir. Since this should have been caught, if you do a supervise check of serviced work prior to turning it over to the customer, it does leave me concerned about the quality processes that are in place. My action plan secondary to this is to take it to a different Service area and have them double check everything.
