Beckstrom did an excellent job repairing my car, only thing is that a incorrect part (unnecessary for the cars function) was ordered and I have to come back to have them throw it in real quick.

For the most part things were repaired. We did have to bring it back to have the headlight fixed because it was not fixed on the initial drop off. Which is why I don’t think that the Estimator maybe wasn’t fully listening. Both my husband and I mentioned the bent headlight bracket

Seems like the Estimator was in a hurry when we dropped the car off. Don’t think he really took the time to listen to things we noticed and found after car was hit. Aka, things that needed to be repaired

Beckstrom did an excellent job they kept me posted every week to let me know every step on what they were doing .every person in the office were excellent i would recommend them to every one i know and i will use them again when needed
