I still do not have my car back and final bills have been submitted. And you are asking for satisfaction with quality of repairs. I think there is a huge disconnect in your process

My bumper looks good, I wish I could’ve gave it a 10 but I had 4 little globs of extra clear coat or fisheyes that I had to wet sand and buff. They look better now but as a customer I wouldn’t expect to have to do this. I also had to fix a small gap on the bumper/ lower bumper on one side. Better final inspection at the body shop would’ve noticed this and corrected it before the customer comes to pickup their vehicle.
