professional prompt courteous service. Wonderful communication and ongoing updates during the repairs. Very helpful communication with the car rental agency and the insurance company. Everything from the updates on the progress to that spotless condition my car was returned back to me, and even the Assistance in arranging my Rent-A-Car – from pick up to delivery! Beckstrom did another amazing job for our city! They found other issues once they exposed the the original repair. They kept us in the loop and took care of the issues to ensure we had no future issues in the area of the original problem. They are currently working on a bid for another repair for us. We will continue doing all of our body work needs.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. From the moment I was contacted to schedule to the date to drop off my vehicle to when I picked up my vehicle, they stayed in contact with me with multiple updates on the progression of the repairs for my car. They were very personable, kind, knowledgeable and very skilled at repairs. I hope I won’t need any repairs in the future, but if I do, I will 1000% come back to these guys! Thank you for the excellent service and making my car look brand new again.

My Experience

This is the second time I have taken my car to Beckstrom for different situations and have been pleased with the services on both occasions. They are very quick from start to finish and the process of working with the insurance and Beckstrom was very easy. I appreciated the text message check ins to let me know what was the status. For my second time I had to take my car I knew I wanted to take my car back to Beckstrom since they did a great job the first time. I was a bit concerned about the paint matching but they did a great job matching it! I mean it in the nicest way possible I don't hope to go back cause the means my car was damaged BUT if I had to go back I will choose Beckstrom. They're awesome.
