The initial quote on my car repair was 1-2 weeks. They had my car for a month and they never called to update when things were changed or time was lengthened. I always had to call them. Second, the first time they said it was done I refused it because the trim wasn’t correct, and they had messed up the headlight. After another week I got finally got my car. The stress level from the lack of communication and taking way more time than necessary was ridiculous. This was such a headache. My car is honestly not back to what it was prior to the accident but I was done dealing with the constant issues.

However there was a missing piece I had to point out on my car. They got the piece when addressed. Then a minor spot where the paint was cracked but it was already glossed over.
