I truly cannot speak highly enough about Caliber. I have used their services more than once and both times they had a way of making me feel as though I was there only customer. I was given an update updates every single day, never left wondering what was happening with my vehicle, and always felt like someone was looking out for my best interest. I also genuinely believe they did everything within their power to keep the cost of my repairs reasonable. They even worked with the rental company to make sure I was getting the best possible deal there as well. That kind of consideration goes far beyond simply repairing a vehicle. It tells you something about the people behind the business. Most importantly, the quality of their service is superior. They don’t just provide outstanding customer service, they do outstanding work. If you live in Cincinnati, I honestly don’t know why you would take your car anywhere other than Caliber (specifically, Eastgate, in my case… Ask for Travis or Ashlie!). And just for the record, I’m not a bot, and I’m not a paid reviewer. I’m simply a hard-working woman who makes an honest living as a school teacher. Because of that, I have tremendous appreciation for people who work hard, treat people, right, take pride in what they do, and make an honest living doing it. I’ve used Caliber on more than one occasion, and once again, they delivered phenomenal work. The customer service is truly top-notch. Every day, my vehicle was away from me, I knew exactly what was going on, and where things stood with the repairs. The work was completed efficiently, and because this was a customer pay repair, cost was especially important to me. I genuinely feel they gave me the best value possible. They even went a step further by working with my rental company to make sure I was getting the best possible value on my rental as well. What stands out most is that I truly feel like a valued customer at Caliber, not just another vehicle they’re trying to get in and get out of the shop. The quality of work, communication, fairness, and overall level of service have been exceptional every time. If you live in the Cincinnati area (specifically Caliber Eastgate), I honestly don’t see a reason to take your vehicle anywhere else. Ask for Travis or Ashlie!

Excellent customer service. All of my appointments were scheduled promptly, and efficiently. Ashley was able to explain things to me in a way that made sense. The employees at caliber never make you feel like they’re in a rush or in a hurry to get to the next customer or the next task for the day. The communication that was offered during the process was also phenomenal. When my vehicle was ready, the pick up process was smooth as well, and I was able to leave my rental at caliber and they took care of contacting the rental company which made the process a lot less stressful for me.

The repairs made look great and it looks like brand new. There is one little part or sensor that looks like it may be just a little bit off and does move. Like it’s not quite clicked in the right way.

Eastgate location was extremely professional and accommodating. Even when we had a few hiccups, Travis and the team got it worked out. Great customer service. Most importantly, the truck looks great.
