Everyone I spoke with at the shop was very polite and helpful. However, one time I was called by a lady from some call center, and it was a very unpleasant conversation. I couldn't understand her very well, she kept cutting out, she couldn't answer all my questions, and she hung up on me!

It took two weeks to fix the car which is an acceptable timeline. However, the repair shop didn’t fix everything that was damaged so we needed to wait another two weeks for the rest to get repaired. The car is back to the way it was but the added inconvenience and lack of information was frustrating.
