I had my car to get some windows replaced my car to be detailed and then the tent put back on the windows I'd called a previous car repair place they gave me a quote but could have my car done within 24 hours I decide to go with you all state recommended and I do not recommend car start at all it took 3 weeks to get my car back a lot of back and forth a lot of lies I was told my car would be detailed it was vacuumed and wiped off on the front but the seats were not shampooed and I needed them shampooed because there was glass fragments in them they didn't touch the seats at all and in fact they didn't even Bill my insurance for me because they didn't do it so I ended up having to contact my insurance to try and get an adjustments and do them myself do not go to carstar in Fairfield your car will take forever to get done if it gets done completely at all

I believe the guy's name is Josh that works the front desk all he did was lie to me drag things out and take my time for granted he was not on the ball he did not really care if it got done today tomorrow or the week from now he was slow and he doesn't know how to run a place outrageous prices for shoddy work
