Quality of the repair is best that I could’ve expected. It was a small repair so nothing too crazy.

Answering phones, Kelly and Kim were always great! However, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication of consistent timeline changes for me to receive my car again. I had to call multiple times to get updates on when I would get my car back. I was initially estimated 2–3 days, but never heard any update by day three so I called on day four. I was told they were waiting on parts and that It could potentially be Thursday or Friday. Again, no update by Thursday afternoon so I had to call again. When I called again on Thursday, Kim said she would get another update for me and have the person in charge of my case call me back. 4:30 PM came and I still had not yet received an update call from the person managing my case so I had to call for a third time. Clearly I was not getting my car back on Thursday, but needed to ensure that I was getting my car back on Friday. At this point it Was seven business days total when I was initially estimated 2–3. I finally got my update at 4:30 PM on Thursday and was told that it would be ready around noon on Friday. I didn’t get a call until Friday1:30 PM saying that it was ready and at that point I was unable to make it to the center to pick up my car again. Not only incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication of consistent timeline changes, but frustrated at the fact that they didn’t take into account the timeframe for delivery of these parts ahead of time. It seems that clearly they did not make sure these parts were in stock before giving me an estimated timeline of completion

The repair looks great. The car was washed well, I was very impressed. The only negative I have is the 2 screws that hold the door panel on were sitting on the floor mat and not in the door. I was able to put them in, no big deal but an oversight.
