My Experience

Everyone was super helpful and kind, and explained all the steps that were to happen. The repair was done quickly, much quicker than estimated which helped me get back to my routine much quicker than expected. They went above and beyond by cleaning the interior of my car as well which was so appreciated.

They did an awesome job. They were very informative and Travis was extra good. The only problem is they had to wait on Protech to work on the electrical stuff which took a week to get them there and then they messed it up and had to come back so they had my car for a month, but otherwise I loved caliber.

My Experience

Having to have your vehicle repaired is never fun but they sure made it easy! I was greeted pleasantly by the lady at the desk and then when Matt took over he was so professional, thorough and put me at ease as to what was going to happen. They were always responsive, helped me organize my rental car, the text messages keeping me up to date on the status of the car was wonderful, I didn’t have to guess what was going on. I highly recommend Caliber to all!!!
