Satisfied with the work it went in for I’m not happy about what happened to it on their property. They cleaned the car and had to know and see this issue they created. I felt they were trying to pass it off in hopes I didn’t see it ! Nobody walked out with me to go over anything I literally had to go back in and have someone come out to se the added damage You could not miss it !!!!! I was told I have never seen anything like this before We will order the parts

It took 2 weeks for the repair when told 5 days. I understand waiting on a part but when I finally picked up the car there was damage to all window trim. Looks like overspray ate all the paint on the trim around the windows. I had the front driver bumper repaired and ended up with extended issues from the collision center. Now I have to take it back for new trim to be ordered.

Been trying to call AAA to let them know we weren’t satisfied. The headlight is scratched and scuffed and there is a much larger gap between the front fender and door than on the other side that wasn’t damaged.

I did not like it that the parts were not ordered until after they had me drop off my car. When I have had previous work done the body shop would call me to bring in the car after the parts arrived, which shortened the car rental time by several days.
