Took a week to fix a tiny dent, feel like it could have been completed a little faster. But overall a good experience, I appreciated the texts and updates. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rear driveshaft now has a noise in it, it did not have a noise in it when I dropped the car off for service, I think Beechmont Ford did something to it while they had it, but they claim they did nothing. All I know is that it didn't make the noise when I dropped it off, but it does now after I got it back from them. So I'm out $1100 to fix it by trusting them with my car.
