Not likely. They did not seem very on top of the timing or anything else and they completely missed one of the repairs.

No, they missed fixing the back passenger window even though it was on the estimate. Still waiting for that part to come in so they can repair it.

They did not do all of the repairs. The estimate said that they would look into the back passenger window not rolling down. When we picked up the car, it still did not roll down and they had to re-review the estimate. They ordered a new part but told me they have no idea when it will be in. They had the car for more than 6 weeks and this is just poor quality control on their part.

The work looks nice, car came out great. Took a long time. Waited 2 months for my appointment, close to 7 weeks before I got my car back. The people were nice, the work was good, over 3.5 months from start to finish.

The accident was in mid-July. Could not get the car into Beechmont Ford until October. They estimated 2 weeks for repairs. It took 3.5 weeks. Phone calls asking about progress were not returned. Had to go in person to get a response.
