Before scheduling the work I was told it was going to be about a week's worth of work. Took almost 30 days to get a week's worth of work done. And when it was completed it still wasn't completely accurate, but I wasn't going to waste any more time so I accepted as is. Very disappointed and quite honestly I will never come to this shop again for body work. And I will not recommend anyone to go there. The delays were just unacceptable

I feel I was not properly informed of what was going on. On a few instances I initiated the call to find out where my vehicle was at. Only to find out that they were either wrong parts or they couldn't get the parts or there was other parts that they needed to get or I had a sick neck technician. I was just giving a a list of reasons why they couldn't get my vehicle done but again I was not given regular calls to let me know this.
