Bumper was not right color nor was it put on correctly. Left it there for it to be fixed got a call 2 weeks later saying car was done. Which bumper was still not installed correctly nor was the color fixed. Took to another shop who can paint the bumper to match the car like we asked and can correctly align it

Tammy in the office was rude to my wife because we wrote a personal check rather than bringing the check from the insurance company. It wasn’t made out to both Behlmann and us, it was just made out to us. My car was ransacked while they looked for a part, but they didn’t put anything back. They knocked off my windshield mount for my phone, then, for some reason, proceeded to put double sided tape on it, which ruined the suction cup. They didn’t flash the computer as they stated they would on the original estimate. And, finally, I had to make a second trip in because they failed to replace the tray above my spare in the back. Terrible experience. We used to bring all of our cars there for maintenance and repairs when it was Marquitz. This is our first experience since Behlmann took over and it will most definitely be the last.
