I would definitely if they were covered by American Family or another insurance. I would have to do more price matching if it was out of pocket.

They did exactly what I needed. In a fairly timely manner. Jessica was always a pleasure to speak with. I never felt like I was being a bad customer asking for updates and they worked well with my insurance, American Family. I did have a little difficulty with a final plug not being attached and not having any windshield wiper fluid, but the owner apologized and will make sure the technicians follow through on the future.

Some struggles on the front end trying to get the quote/estimate because B & O was going through personnel and I.T. changes, but then everything was great. Appreciate the consistent communication from the front desk person; and they saved us over a thousand dollars by getting a used part instead of going with a new one. Finished product looks great!

The car looks great. It was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. And the repairs were complete in a timely manner. It was done a little too fast I was enjoying my time with a Jeep rental.

The Mini Cooper looked great as with all the work you have done for me. You even took time to look at my truck bumper to see about doing some rework as you want to make sure your customers are happy with any work done. Also had some issues with American Family Insurance not wanting to cover the costs of the Mini being rear ended at a stop light by a teenager not paying attention so they only wanted to cover part of the cost and you made sure they didn’t short us on the repairs cost and leave us with a bill by calling them after they tried to pay only part of the repair. Thank you for saving me the hassle of having to mess with an insurance adjuster. I will always bring you my auto body repairs and anyone that needs their car fixed I always recommend you. Thank you.
