They made the process of getting my car repaired after I was rear ended easy. They dealt with the insurance company paying for the full repair after the person’s carrier didn’t want to cover the whole thing. I would definitely recommend Bell and Osborn.

The repairs look great. You need to improve on the customer communication and being more responsive to claims adjusters. There were 2 issues/concerns with getting info requested by them. Getting the photos of the damage to them and their request for another estimate about the bumper calibration. It would be good to let a customer know more than 2 or so hours brfore the vehicle is ready for pick up, especially on a Friday afternoon. I’m saying this because I want to see local business succeed and thrive . Thank you for the kindness and repairs

They were slow getting the damage photos to the claims adjuster, then slow getting a requested supplement set. I also had a hard time getting communication to and from them.

Pleasant courteous people. Picked up my vehicle when I didn’t have a driver to get me home. Asked to provide a warranty document but haven’t received one yet. You should call every few days with status.
