I an very happy with the service. I received from Bellflower Collision. John is the best. His customer service is exceptional, and he helped me every step of the way from beginning to end. He kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the repair process and very honest when it became clear that the repairs would not be completed by the expected date. Because I needed to extend my rental car and my insurance no longer covered the cost, they covered the cost. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I highly recommended Bellflower Collision and especially John for his outstanding service, professionalism and dedication to his customers. Thank you John and Bellflower Collision!

I’m extremely happy and satisfied with my car repair. Everything went smooth, quick and efficient. I was tboned and needed repairs. I came here through AAA to get serviced and I’m glad i came here. From day 1 when i dropped off my car, John helped me get everything taken care of and their car repair tracking service was helpful to see the status of my car repairs. John also communicated with me throughout the repairs to update me as well which was great customer service to me. My car was ready before the estimated date as well which was a plus and my car came out perfect! Thank you!
