Joseph and Ebony went above and beyond helping me get my vehicle repaired.. Joseph took extra time out of his day to explain the repair process on my vehicle. After the vehicle was dismantled. Ebony took the time out of her day to call me. About an item I left in the rental vehicle. Both provided professional grade service from start to finish.

I was very pleased with my whole experience involving my repair on my VolvoXC90. Joseph kept me informed of the progress, and they even finished 3 days ahead of time. Not only was I very satisfied with the repair, my car was returned super clean. It look like they detailed it!. My neighbor even asked me if I got a new car!

Really great attitude once you walk into the office. Everyone is very friendly and high energy, Joseph was really helpful, very informative of the intake process as well as the process of the estimates and supplements, really great customer service always answered any questions or requests that I had. Overall a very nice experience and the manager Jesse was really kind and informative of the process as well. I would definitely recommend the shop without a doubt to anyone who would ever need to take their car to a repair shop. Ben Clymers is quality guaranteed 1000/10!

As I told the manager and the claim adjuster there at the office, this whole thing has been unacceptable and a complete nightmare

The car has not worked properly since I got it back. It was sent out the calibration and the electronic features either don’t work or work intermittently. I’ve had to set and reset certain things only to go to my car and not be able to drive it because it doesn’t recognize my key the screen will come up. I can’t put it into gear…. My car is just sitting in the garage, unsafe and unable to use.
