My vehicle had been there for two months . Every time I asked about when my vehicle would be ready , it was always different dates . Poor communication . Bender mender used to be the BEST, not so much anymore

The repair quality was excellent, but the work took a little over 4 months to complete. Also, the front end alignment wasn’t done.

The car was delivered for repair after we were told to wait two weeks for the parts to come in. It took almost three more weeks for the repair to be done.

The customer service told us a few times the car would likely be ready when it wasn’t. If customer service had conferred with the repair shop, we might have had a more accurate assessment and in the meantime, we could have taken the car back and been using it until they knew they could get to it.
