I was satisfied until my wheel came off, and I’m now fighting with the insurance company to have it done over.

I was satisfied with the work that they did initially but because statefarm would not make certain repairs my wheel came off on the interstate less than 24 hours after I got my car back. I didn’t have issues with my wheels before the accident.Now my car is back in the shop.

What liked is they call me about my car when it was ready an I left the rental car with them. I loved that. They really took a lot of stress off of me.

The only draw back is I didn’t ask for a rental from the insurance company since husband entered hospital and family who flew in needed two vehicles to go back a forth. We appreciate Jim and the rest of the team because they kept us informed and did an excellent job
