The truck has been repaired back to drivable. But the repair time was over a month and a half off from the "Promise Date"

Bender Mender was a pain to deal with. Their repairmen were never honest on the progress of the repairs. It seemed like every week they'd say "Next week we hope to have it finished". That was repeated over 5 times. It felt like I was just being told an answer to get off the phone. If I had to do it all over again, Bender Mender would be the last shop to consider.

My truck needed a oil change and it seems like it would’ve made sense to go ahead and do that instead of sending it back with something I needed to do especially if my insurance was going to pay for it anyway. Quality over quantity

They never called to provide updates. I went several weeks without being given any update. I had to call to figure out what was going on. I believe his name was Jim maybe at the very end kept his word and called to let me know what was going on
