I am currently waiting on a solution to how they are going to correct their mistakes but have been told it is going to be a slow process. I had to call the insurance company to let them know that the repairs were not done well, because the shop did not…so, we will see what they do and if they can turn this score around.

Barely had any communication and when I called to let the owner know it looked bad, he said “I guess I’m so used to my guys doing great work, I didn’t do a Quality Check, I’m so sorry” and I didn’t have any calls during the week and a half they had my car, I had to call them

Everyone at Bender Meadows was very professional and timely. They took great care of our vehicle repairs and even helped out with the rental return. There was a communication issue when the vehicle was finished but it’s water under the bridge.
