My only complaint is that they didn’t inform me that they didn’t have all the parts in until after I dropped off my car for my appointment (these were not surprise parts they discovered they needed after the fact, but the parts they preordered). If they didn’t have the parts, it would have been better to reschedule beforehand. I had a number of things (rides, borrowed vehicles, schedule adjustments) lined up based on the time I would be without my car that ended up being unnecessary. The work itself, however, was excellently done. Hence the “10” rating.

Unfortunately, parts were not available for my 2000 V70R Volvo.They were not able to restore the correct bumper and wipers for the headlights, which was very disappointing. They did deduct $800.00. In all fairness, the car is 22 years old. I was not kept informed as to what was happening so I was very disappointed when I didn’t receive correct bumper. I was led to believe they were waiting on parts that fasten the bumper to the car. But it was the bumper they were waiting on.
