Well first of all, I was very disappointed the first day they called and said my car was ready. I get there and when they finally bring the car out, I'm looking it over on the outside and it wasn't to my liking at all, it had dried compound on it and it looked half dirty. Then I looked inside the car and I couldn't believe how it looked....they had left 1 of the rear passenger glass paynes on the back floor, the inside was dusty dirty and the decals(Nissan, Sr) was stuck to the inside rear glass windows. Also none of the inside glass of the windows were cleaned. I have done business with Bennett 2 to 3 other times and never experienced service like this! I ended up leaving my car there until the next day, for them to go back over my car. So when I came the next day to get my car it was some better, but windows were still dirty and I'm still not totally happy!

The panel that the rear view mirror is connected to was not installed correctly I was told by two people that there was nothing that could be done because that’s what’s program the car, they did not attempt to look at it, also the cover for the sun roof did not close all the way, I was told to bring it back for the sun roof. I took it back today and a different gentleman looked at it, he popped the cover off the rear view mirror and discovered that a piece was broken off, he is ordering another on, he also used his phone to program the sun roof cover and it closed, the only thing wrong now is that you have to hold the button on the sunroof to open and close it, you should only have to touch it, he made several attempts and told me he would investigate further and when the part for the mirror comes in he would have an answer. I was very satisfied with him.

The guy I dealt with today I would rate a 10, The first two I would rate maybe a 4, because how can you tell someone there is nothing you can do about a part that is not connected correctly evidently you didn’t over the correct part or it’s installed incorrectly also I didn’t get his name but the bearded young man in the office need to be told that it’s not what you say to a person it’s how you say it and when asked a question his answers should be more than there’s is nothing we can do and I Don’t Know I Didn’t Work On It
