Communication was very poor. On several occasions I would call on the day they said it would be done, only to learn it would be a few days to weeks longer. On one occasion they stated that had the parts, and were installing the next day, only to learn that they did not have the parts and only received late the next day. The folks at the front don't get updates on the vehicle status and have ask in the back what is going on. If the vehicle is not going to be done on the promised date, they should at least be calling the customer ahead of time to let them know.
