Overall customer service was great. My only complaint is that I didn’t receive any communication that my vehicle would be another week in the shop - I had to call for an update after the initially estimated week of repair passed.

The timeframe was great but the work was not. I really hope this gets made right. My car goes back in today. I did want to wait to complete the survey.

I was waiting to do my survey but this says final survey notice. My repair had several issues still wrong with it or new problems from the repair. My car is going back in again today so hopefully everything will be made right.

The body work is excellent, you cannot tell where the damage occurred. However, being a Mercedes Benz, it had to be taken to an MB dealer to connect the cameras. It turned out the cameras were just not plugged in correctly. Wish Moyers would have taken care of this instead of me having to drive almost 100 miles round trip (2) and losing use of the car another 4 days. This being said, I would recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

The repair itself was great. Only complaint I have is there is a gritty film or residue all over the vehicle that I cannot seem to remove with car washing. Almost like a clear acrylic with a fine sandy-to-the-touch feel. I paid xtra at dealership for ceramic coating, and it was glossy slick smooth feel to the paint. Now is not since the repair.
