I was completely disappointed with the lack of communication and disorganization from the start. I dropped my vehicle off on December 22, 2023. I called 3 times to check on the progress of my vehicle because I could clearly see it still sitting in the same place. I had no one return my call. Reggie was horrible. Not only did he not contact me, he misplaced the check sent from my insurance company and he didn’t even put me in the system. So, unfortunately my vehicle sat for weeks before I was finally contacted by someone new that had come in to help out.

I wish Kiersten would have communicated a little more. In the course of two weeks, I heard from her once that it was going to take another week and then 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up.

The repair work is beautiful

Constant run around. I would be told that they are submitting a supplement that day, wait a week, sometimes 2, call back and be told that they need to submit the exact supplement that I was told was submitted 1-2 weeks prior. This happened multiple times. One person would tell me one thing, another person would tell me the complete opposite. They ended up having my car for almost 3 months costing me almost $2,000 in rental fees. I would never use them again!
