I am giving you a higher rating due to working with Kirsten (spelling) joining your team and bringing the work to closure. It took seven weeks and communication was not forthcoming. I think that there are staffing issues that contributed to the issues. Visually it looks nice.

The first estimator did not do a thorough job. Reggie the manager did a better and Kirsten brought it home.

There was confusion between service dept and collision dept. When I asked setvce the status, they said car was in collision. I asked them to check status. They told me to contact collision myself. Thought this was bad customer service from service dept.

I was directed to where you get your car repaired to pick up my paperwork. I get it repaired at Bennett. Hyundai. That was not correct. Be more specific....the GMC Buick service desk on the same property.

Repair is a 10 but my drivers airbag light is on. I had surgery so I wasn’t able to drive right away hence why I’m just getting back to you now. The light was not on when I brought my vehicle in for repair
