Ben’s Auto Body did a FANTASTIC job repairing my Audi SQ5. I was rear ended, and Ben & his team brought the car back to brand new looking condition. His staff kept me updated throughout the process via text messages, so communication was excellent from start to finish. Friendly, professional and most importantly, top quality work!

Bens was dismissive and vague when I asked questions about the repair. Ben's tried to have me sign an insurance payment authorization form before work even started, and charged for work that never happened. Horrific place to abuse the Porsche name as a certified shop.

Everyone was professional and helpful, including lining up a ride home for me at no extra cost. Tue communication via text messages was clear and frequent. My car was fixed a day ahead of the predicted time and it was very clean on the interior when I picked it up! The work that was needed was done perfectly. Thank you! We will definitely use you again
