After the bad accident, I was so devastated because that’s a new car and never thought that we can still restore it back. I don’t know about dynasty, that was insurance designated auto body. I just based it from reviews online. I prayed hard everyday and kept myself busy with work. I l’m very thankful to Mo, Jose, Trey, Ms Anne and all the staff of dynasty for a great job, for their transparency. You guys be honest to your customers and they will trust you. Very satisfied!🙏👏

I had an excellent experience with Jose at Dynasty! He fixed my Jeep quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done right. He was knowledgeable, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, and Jose definitely earned my trust. I picked up my car in the rain and drove straight to work. I still haven’t had time to fully look at it and I’m sure the work would definitely be satisfactory for I’ve used you guys before. But….having the inside (interior) passenger door dirty, hand stained by the mechanic was not what I expected from you. Ya’ll better than that. The interior is dusty, ok, I’ll wipe it out but the door… I’m thinking do I now have to pay for an interior detail cleaning? Inform your team that a small cleaning up after is great customer service. Please don’t let this become a norm, weed it out.
