Was promised a call to update every 3 days. Never received a single call to update progress. When I did call to check in and ask questions, I was told I’d get a call back in a few hours. Never received that call either. Very frustrating.

I used to RAVE about Ben’s to anyone who needed body work…..3 weeks and a bunch of emails that turned out to be untrue has changed my mind

I received multiple email updates that my car was ready…..and it wasn’t, I showed up and they told me the email system was “finicky” and to ignore it. Also my new bumper was installed 1/2 inch crooked, visible with the naked eye, the ORIGINAL Bens was a total class act with great communication and top notch service……this missed the mark completely
