The repair IS NOT complete. When we went to get the vehicle we did a walk around. The panel that had been painted DID NOT match the paint on either side. We were told that Bentley would make it right and that our vehicle would be "first in line" come Monday.

Being that my car was hit for the 1st time, I was stressed out and, your team made me feel better by telling me what would be done. I was informed often on the progress. Brad was very caring and, so was the man that released my car to me. My car is beautiful and, looks like nothing happened. The ladies in the office were very helpful too.

My bumper don’t match the car

The bumper is not the same color as the car. And then the car went to Detail and they may have sprayed the car off, but there was no other detailing. It wasn’t even vacuumed out on the inside. Just the floor mats were washed. Nothing was wiped down except for the driver door that had a grease spot on it.
