My Experience

We had a large scratch on the side of the car. Honestly it was expensive to repair as a door and rear panel were involved. The collision center did a professional job and because they had to keep the car an extra day the manager gave us a significant discount. We were very pleased with the way we were treated as they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them

Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Will tell people and State Farm to go elsewhere.

Repair Quality

I was, unfortunately, quite disappointed with my overall experience. I never write bad reviews, but I feel that it’s important for a company to get constructive feedback from customers. For starters, I was told that the repairs would take 2 days and would probably cost $2500. It turned out to be 5 days, and I still have to go back for a final part to be installed. Five days of paying for a rental car out of pocket is expensive, and it was unexpected. I also was never called or even texted about the progress of the repair process. I had to initiate each call and voicemails were never returned. That’s inexcusable. And the two ladies in the shop could definitely be much friendlier—perhaps try smiling—greeting customers with in a helpful and energetic manner, and be apologetic when customer expectations aren’t met or even attempted to be met. That’s basic customer service 101. I’ve dealt with many car shops and dealerships over my 45 years, and sadly, this one was one of the worst. Also, I was never given a carbon or digital copy of what was repaired and the costs of each repair. It seemed as though the shop was functioning in the 90s or early 2000s. It’s 2026, and clients expect businesses with such high volume to be technologically current. In addition, I have a very busy work schedule, and am not looking forward to going back to the shop to wait for the part to be installed. I’m guessing it’s going to take hours, and the ‘waiting area’ is extremely small and depressing with the ladies talking loudly to one another (ie, not conducive to work on a laptop while car is getting fixed).
