We’d talked about replacing the dented bumper cap—that’s still there. The gouge in the headlight is still there—it was not removed or replaced.

Bumper cover was not replaced and headlight was neither buffed nor replaced. Both things were discussed when assessing damage.

Customer service is always good.

I still have parts on back order, so not completely repaired. I'm very uneasy about paying for a job that isn't complete either, wasn't happy about that, but I did pay and am putting trust in Chaz that things will come out as planned. I do value the communication and updates on my vehicle. Chaz has answered every single question I've had and I'm grateful for that.

I'm staying neutral until my vehicle is completely finished. I've heard both wonderful things about Bentley's and some horror stories. And right now, I'm starting see how those horror stories came into fruition. My wife and I are just wanting our jeep to be 100% repaired.

Vehicle repair isn't complete. Wife not happy that glove compartment is still scratched, Grand Cherokee decal isn't on outside of door, and still waiting on headliner. Will be 100% satisfied when job is complete.

Customer service was great, uneasy about paying for vehicle despite the fact the work isn't complete, had horrible experience in the past and really trusting Chaz and his team to follow through on their word. I think their policy should be revised based on if the job is finished or not, but overall they're wonderful
