Very happy with my experience--I guess the only "complaint" I had --which is really not a complaint at all was that it took about a week longer than expected. I'm aware though that it was partly due to the fact it was during the holidays and then once they started repair, a part had to be ordered that wasn't originally anticipated. Other than that, got my care back in great shape and staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the experience. I would choose Bently's again if we had a need for repair.
