Had no problem with overheating engine; just wanted a coolant flush. Car is 13 years old but has never gone above 200 degrees. Since flush , they have spent a week trying to get temperature down ( said is was air in the system). At 4:50 pm today they said car was ready. They said they were closing ; at 5 pm , so I assumed everything was fine— wrong! On the way home the temperature went above 260 degrees. Alarm warned shut engine down as soon as possible. Did immediately, waited until temperature went below 200 drove home and it was above 260. Also I noticed that the bottom black piece below bumper was not replaced from the wreck and now my backup lights and rear camera doesn’t work. When car was brought to you I had no overheating issues! Backed into daughter’s car and did damage to right side rear bumper and black piece below bumper Had no problems with backup camera or backup lights. If my engine i s damaged because after your radiator flush Alarm said to shut down engine ; temp is too high ( RED alarm). Going back tomorrow not acceptable major problem with overheating and no backup light ! !

Brought it back ; MAJOR Problem ( had radiator flush done ; ) while body work from wreck was being done. My Porsche has never overheated. Always stayed at 200 degrees. After flush 260 degrees and they haven’t fixed problem in 2 weeks. If this damages the engine: another engine could cost close to 17 thousand dollars! Also when told was ready for pickup part bellow bumper was not replaced. Showed this to Mr. Berlin. He checked records, part was there , but never installed ( He WAS mad ) . Said this should have never been happened. Also driving home rear view camera doesn’t work and backup lights don’t work. Probably didn’t reconnect wiring after replacing bumper. Now I don’t have my Porsche that overheats , can’t use camera and have two RED warning lights for overheating and backup lights. I PAID $ 1500.00 extra for new battery , coolant flush done, air and cabin filters . Third week, no car , concerned about my engine with 34,000 miles on 2013 Porsche Boxster S.

Mr. Berlin has done everything possible to help me. He is kind, listened to my concerns, seems those working on my car have fallen short. My respect for him; he will honorably solve problems. Just worried with overheating 260 degrees and climbing when I stopped car . Not good

I was not expecting the detail on my car on the inside since they were doing paint/clear coat on the hood, since it was not discussed and my personal items were moved around and not returned to the same location but a ziploc bag on the seat - I didn’t have anything to hide and I appreciate the gesture I would have removed my personal belongings from the car before hand
