Once I dropped my car off there was no communication at all until a week later...a text telling me the work was completed and how much to pay. When I showed up, the front desk wanted payment. I let her know, not before I see the work that was performed on my car. She called for the service advisor at the back desk. He came and spoke to me and asked what did I need. I had to ask to be shown the work that was done to my car. He was polite and took me and showed me but I shouldn't have had to ask for what should have been basic customer service.

Battery had to be replaced after being at the shop. It was charged before leaving, driven as needed and Saturday morning it needed replacing. After repairs passenger front window does not roll up completely, allowing rain to come in while in Houston on Saturday.

I’ve used y’all several times and this is the first time there’s been a problem. However this has been a big one which endangered my daughter & the cars safety while she was in Houston. Also got the inside passenger side wet & dirty
